We can arrange for tenants/ guests to be collected from Malaga airport and taken to your property.

- Lawyers
We can recommend an English speaking lawyer to act for your purchase.

- Guest Welcome Packs
We can arrange for a welcome pack to be delivered to the property in preparation of the guests’ arrival.

- Accomodation
We can arrange accommodation for your inspection visits.

-Cleaning Service
Our Cleaning service includes a full and thorough clean throughout plus replacement of toilet rolls, towels and bedding changed.

- Car Hire
We can arrange car hire for your visits to Spain.

-Maid Service
This service is available during lets if required.

-Call Out Service
Should you require us to liaise with deliveries, tradesmen or for emergencies we charge 40€ per visit- This includes waiting up to an hour. Each hour thereafter will be charged 20€ per hour.

- Meet and Greet Service
A “meet and greet” service can be provided to welcome your guests at your property whilst providing keys and presenting the accommodation and facilities.

-Key Holding Service
We offer a free key holding service and recommend that you allow us to retain three sets.Upon your authorization we will release the keys to visiting guests, tenants and tradesmen.

- Property Check Service
This is a useful service for properties that have been left vacant for some time.
