Full Property Management Contract

 

Holiday Letting

1. Advertising of your rental property

2. Arranging bookings/ lets.

3. Cleaning and laundry services after each let

4. Key holding service.

5. Maintenance and property checks

 

Fee

140€ per annum administration charge plus 20% of the weekly rental charge with a minimum fee of 50 euros per week.

This means that for every 100euros you charge for letting we charge 20€ and all the above services are included.

We operate on a NO BOOKINGS-NO FEE BASIS.

 

Long Term Letting

  1. Advertising of your rental property.
  2. Arranging letting contracts.
  3. Preparing inventory of property and furniture.
  4. Three monthly property check with written report emailed to owner.
  5. Rental collection and forward payment.
  6. If required, arrange maintenance and repair work to property.
  7. We act as emergency contact point for the tenants.
  8. Key holding service.

 

 

Fees

1.100€ to be held as a deposit with us should we need to organize emergency repairs.

2. 200€ for the letting contracts and inventory. This will be taken from the first months rent.

3. 15% per month deducted from the rental received i.e. 400€ rental=60 euros fee.

 

We operate on a NO LET-NO FEE BASIS.
